grogupy.io.read_magnopy

grogupy.io.read_magnopy(file: str, dense_output: bool = True)[source]

This function reads the magnopy input file and returns a dictionary

Parameters

file: str: Path to the magnopy input file
dense_output: bool, optional: It adds the magnetic sites to the anisotropy and then the anisotropy to the pair information for easier post processing, by duplicating data, by default True

Returns

dict: The dictionary containing all the information from the magnopy file

If there is an unrecognised section
